预定顺利，房间干净，隔音好（窗外是马路，关上窗几乎没有吵闹声），服务有待提高，入住时没提醒早餐时间和地点，早餐时因用餐人少，服务员只有一人，需要用餐的住客帮忙，因帮忙没按照她的要求，狠狠的瞪了住客一眼，服务要真心实意为顾客着想，而不是做表面功夫。
