设施非常老的酒店，浴巾都是破洞的，床单被罩都是缝补过的，而且订的豪华房间非常小，连桌子都没有，服务员说，他家豪华间都这样，但我看到有大的房间，懒的理论，下次不会再订这家酒店了，第一次给酒店差评！着实觉得不好！

酒店挺干净。床单能看出来是新换过的。隔音也不错。前台的服务态度很好, 特别是那个小师哥, 有间必答, 有耐心而且非常有礼貌。年底去哈尔滨还住这里。

入住的特别好。前台小姐姐超级温柔 服务特别好。看我们是两个女孩还给我们免费升级了标间。晚上没有厕纸用。大前台电话一分钟不到就有了。服务态度超级好。来哈尔滨游玩的小伙伴都住在这里吧。强推。睡的也可好了。周围环境也很安静 什么都有。啦啦啦 哈尔滨之旅开心
