定的32平米豪华大床房，结果入住后给的房子卫生间都算上也就15平米左右，交涉是不是给错了，服务人员说就是这个，但给两张早餐券（根本就是知道货不对版，餐费远远弥补不了房间差价），本不想再计较住一晚算了，结果打开水又不热，再次交涉终于给换了所谓升级的房间，房间设施陈旧，下次不会再入住了！
