第一次入住这个酒店，一进酒店所有服务员太周到了，特别是酒店服务经理王磊太好了，服务太周到了，我刚从雪乡回来太冷了，王磊经理给我倒了一杯姜开水，瞬间暖暖的。太感动了。非常满意，还给我了大床房。
