酒店的服务水平和态度太差，入住酒店后房间莫名其妙的断电，和酒店交涉等了10几分钟派了工程来解决问题，找前台要求查明原因并保证不再出现此问题，酒店居然说无可奉告，并且拒不道歉，睡到夜里房间再次断电，打电话要求解决，全程没有一个服务人员陪同，大热天半夜带着孩子再换房间，折腾了几个小时，一直没有人来解释和道歉，并且态度恶劣，反问住客想要什么道歉，爱住不住。酒店管理层也不闻不问，说实在真后悔预定这样的酒店，商务出差本来就是图个服务安心舒适，并且酒店的空调效果极差，工程给的回答是氟利昂不够了。这样的水准匹配不上这个价格，绝不会再入住😡😡

性价比很差，网上宣传误导消费者，价格高出许多，房间很挤很小，关键是说有窗，其实窗户外面就是一堵近在咫尺的墙。前台服务态度很差，压根不理人。没有插入图片的地方，拍了好多张照片要发。

酒店装修风格很独特，房间不大，设施较新，卫生很好，遗憾房顶有漏水的水渍，房间味道不太好。服务员很热情，免费升级了套间，还有欢迎水果，尤其客房阿姨都非常热情，酒店位置其实很好，只是哈尔滨出租车拒载严重，从酒店到江边这2公里的路就显得尤为尴尬。不过到哈尔滨站可以步行。
