酒店大堂环境优美，前台服务态度挺好，而且前台那里有饼干、热茶，一次性纸杯等供客人自取。一楼大堂有位置坐，环境很优美、舒服。连住两晚还送水果。棒！
卫生打扫得挺干净，而且房间里设施不错，有茶具，有躺椅，电视等设施都不错。
只是，wifi不够稳定；茶包没有；镜前灯太暗，不好好化妆。最不足的就是房间的暖气太足了。怎么调以及开小窗都无法抵挡那暖气，晚上睡觉被热醒很多次。
总体来说，虽然有不足的地方，但服务和设施都不错，性价比高，值得推荐。

酒店位置很好，距离中央大街只有十分钟的路程。酒店的房间很干净，有免费的停车场，免费的洗衣房，酒店大堂还有免费的咖啡，还有小饼干，房间的地称都是小米的，而且还有家庭套房，亲子房间，前台的服务很热情，楼层的服务大姐打扫卫生也非常干净，

柏博酒店住宿体验非常好??！一进酒店前台服务人员热情的把豪华双床免费升级为豪华套房！酒店房间非常大，卫生很干净，酒店距离中央大街走路约6-7分钟，方便的很！酒店服务很贴心，早上孩子不舒服，客房部王主管还专门送早餐上门，关心慰问，让人非常感动！五星推荐！

酒店位置优越，离机场大巴3号线中央大街站200米，离索菲亚教堂、哈尔滨站都很近，步行和公交都方便，酒店设施很新哟，属于性价比较高的精致型酒店，服务也值得称赞，房间打扫干净整洁，楼层主管很负责，还另外赠送了面膜和二瓶水，不错哦，下次来我还会来的。
