其他的都好 服务 态度 卫生 环境都很满意 就是餐饮不大满意 改善一下餐饮就完美了 点了一个牛肉炖柿子 几乎没看到干货都是汤 饭做的水太多 西囊西囊的 吃了一半扔了一半 总体来说还不错 服务态度很到位 还是那句话 唯一就是餐饮问题改一下就OK了

酒店不错，距离融创茂比较近。出行比较方便适合开车自驾，各项配置都很好，房间价格也比较亲民。但是唯一的一点不足就是我是晚上到达的酒店，酒店居然连大堂亮化都不开启，作为一个五星级酒店虽然疫情期间宾客减少但是你们融创皇冠假日酒店作为一个星级酒店连亮化都不打开我简直不能理解。

酒店位置不错 离融创茂1公里左右，没有文华近，和嘉华紧挨着，卫生环境不错，室内空间不是特别大，唯一觉得需要改进的是 洗手盆的龙头位置太奇葩 很不舒服

酒店位于新区，周边人气不旺，不过好在有融创集团搞的大shopping mall，吃饭、逛街方便，惊喜的是里面还有西西弗书店；适逢初夏，哈尔滨清凉宜人，宜啖烤串，去酒店旁也金刚山。不足之处为酒店旁有工地，施工至半夜。
