酒店硬件设施还可以，服务态度也不错，但是遭遇的事让人匪夷所思。从早上七点多突然服务员直接刷卡进屋开灯，抱歉后退出，八点多又有人直接刷卡进屋，然后道歉退出；十点多两次有工人直接刷卡进屋说维修空调，还有一次刷卡进来后马上就走了。难道一家五星级酒店哪个房间住人服务员和工人都不了解吗？连门铃都不会使用吗？
