1进入酒店前台服务人员态度是爱理不理的，我把身份证出示给她并告知有预定，服务人员头没抬话没讲！给我的感觉好像我欠她钱啦😓。br2房间内卫生太差，床单居然还是脏的。br3房间空调不好用，虽然设置制冷17度，但依旧没有冷风。
