房间比较大，宽敞明亮，装修也不错，价格也相对合理。第一次住时觉得位置不太好找，但其实也不难，就是大成街与宣化街交叉口附近，比乐街与宣德街相交处，比较显眼。问题是同样价格的房间房型和大小区别较大，而且网上预订时，括号内标注特惠的房间与同等价格的房间大小区别很大，完全是不是一个房型，有误导之嫌，需要提醒艺龙网与酒店沟通，给予提示，否则会影响酒店和艺龙网信誉。

因为房间较大，价格也相对合理，所以又住了一天，整体感觉不错。可能是老板刚刚管理酒店，经验不足，前台接待服务也不够专业。需要提醒艺龙网的是，预订酒店房间时，若括号内标注特惠字样，房型则有较大差别，容易误导顾客，影响网站和商家信誉，建议再明确标注一下。

房间超大，30平方米，而且采光好，视野开阔，是我住过最大也是最敞亮的酒店房间。屋内装修也比较讲究，干净整洁。美中不足的是淋浴房没有放置香皂和洗发液的台架，WIFI信号不好，走廊地毯图案有些俗套。酒店位置开始感觉较偏，但若从哈站出发，走东大直街，到大成街右拐，两站地便到，还算方便。

服务真不是一般的烂，性价比超低，附近其他同设施酒店价格低三分之一，价格是小事，最主要服务烂，住过不下上百家酒店了，这是我唯一一家觉得服务差的。
