位置方便，设施陈旧，窗帘拉不严，被子跑棉，不停的打电话找服务员更换和修理。在前台办理入住时明确说怕来回人吵，不要电梯口房间，还是给安排了电梯正对面的1005.又折腾下去换房间，给换了八楼，这房间是此次东北之行十天里住过最冷的房间，只有暖气作为采暖设备，空调没有开放使用，暖气一天三波供暖，其他时候就是温温的，导致睡觉直接冻醒。前台倒说可以给换一间，

酒店干净，附近吃饭又方便，楼下就有个好吃又便宜又大份的饭馆，酒店的早餐品种多，自助餐早餐可以当午餐吃，到时肠胃炎了对面是黑龙江中医大学医院，看病也方便，但最好还是别病。服务员也是很热心，中途换了一次房间，漏了一张合同，回去找，服务员帮我带手套翻垃圾，真的很好，非常感动！
