哈尔滨临时改在和颐酒店入住，酒店环境不错，房间床很舒服，性价比较好，卫生间干湿分离。但洗浴间只有固定花洒，没有手持花洒，问酒店回答说以前有，因为洗浴时水会溅出来流到房间内，后来取消了。说明装修时，为节约成本洗浴间密封有密封有问题。而发现问题依靠降低配置来解决，表明这还是快捷酒店思维模式，并不以顾客入住的舒适为酒店的经营标准。还有电梯间的为提高酒店服务留有的公关经理的手机号码根本不开机，形同虚设。整体感觉较全季酒店，无论是硬件维护，还是软件服务上都差了些，下次来哈还是住全季。
