房间订好了，到初一住的时候告诉没热水，锅炉工人放假，你说多坑人。服务员态度还很有理，你们早说锅炉工人放假，没热水我们也不订了，到跟前了说没热水洗不了澡，这就是欺骗消费者。

我是到哈尔滨跑马拉松住的这家酒店，酒店规定是次日12点退房，了解到我们跑马拉松回来有点晚，就把退房时间延后了两小时。酒店人性化的服务，我很感动。今后有机会去哈尔滨，还住这家酒店!

很一般，在中央大街边缘，不含早餐，不过在中央大街自己可以去吃，暖气不行，在哈尔滨一共住了3个酒店，这是暖气最差的，进屋只能脱去大羽绒服，小棉袄不敢脱，性价比不如机场旁边的民航酒店，不过位置不同，中央大街其他酒店没住过，没有可比性，只是个人感受，行李寄存服务不错，中午12点退房，别的酒店都是下午两点！
