卫生很好我特意用白纸擦擦台灯，不脏干净。不足的是有无线网 但是跟没有一样网速太卡形同虚设。应该改进，出门就是江边位置太好了。还有停车位

每次来哈尔滨都住凯莱，这家酒店最大的优点就是地理位置好，位于中央大街开端，和松花江对望太阳岛，到太阳岛，极地馆，科技馆，都是相当方便的，侧面对着万达广场，毗邻中央大街，吃住玩出行极其方便，购物选择也多。酒店的早餐种类也很多，中西菜品齐全，酒店服务也很好，美中不足就是酒店房间内部设施和装修有些过于陈旧，应该考虑重新装修适应现代酒店潮流会更适合凯莱花园酒店的名字。
