给父母订的房间，满心期待他们能有个美好的回忆，全让酒店给毁了，好歹是个高档酒店，设施陈旧就算了，好歹地理位置好，忍了。可是第二天我父母续房间被通知房间已经订出去了，他们还在住你们就订出去了？这就是你们高端酒店的人性化服务么？好，那两点退房，路上堵车晚了十分钟，等到酒店房间门就打不开了，硬生生让我们父母等了半个多小时就不给开门，还没说法，我父母被逼着去结账退房！然后被告知超过两点了要付半天的房费，然后绝口不提你们不给开房门耽误的时间，好，这就是你们的工作伎俩么，这种所作所为不遭天谴么，都将心比心，你们至于对两个老人这么耍着玩么，他们不懂退房时间你们不会提醒么，你们从头到尾有过提醒几点退房，超时收费的事么？真的有点欺负人的感觉，等父母回来才跟我学这些事，很是气愤.你们也算是防洪纪念塔那的酒店风向标了，希望你们多一些正能量服务，不能带有色眼镜看人.
