服务实在太差，还算挂牌四星酒店！整体装修非常破，和网站图片相差甚远（单间），实际面积很小。到店问前台为何与预定网站图片不一致，前台竟然说“我们房间就这样，图片你问网站呗，不满意就退房好了！”我大半夜在外地大冬天的拖着行李哪找房间啊！真是连一般招待所服务员的素质都不如！像所谓四星酒店前台服务员的素质吗？怎么培训的！
