地理位置非常好，临近火车站，航空大巴车站，医大一院，南岗商圈，购物出行特别方便；房间设施齐全，床比较舒服，服务态度挺好。12层一出电梯是服务人员休息室，说话声有点大，早上有点影响休息。早餐也不太丰盛。须有待提高。

位置好，出行方便，购物便利，环境好，卫生打扫及时，服务态度好。设施及时完善，改造后电梯掉安全更新了，提高了安全性，酒店餐饮干净，菜品丰富，口味适宜，房间正不断改造，地面，墙壁，地面都在更新装修，条件越来越好!
