前台服务态度太差了,完全以自己为主,14号早上8:50左右,我到前台办退房手续,房卡给了她,她通知查房,我在旁等,接我上机场的司机也在外等,该服务员在办团队的房卡(我猜的)这也属正常,该服务员(女的)一直在办,我就一直在等,因200元押金需查房后退,等了约十多分钟,(按常规查房时间够了)我就问服务员:查房查好了吗?她看看我后说,查好了,我来气了说:查好了你应立即吿诉我,退我钱,我还要赶飞机去呢,我不问你什么时候才告诉我啊,真不为客人着想,这时她把200元押金给了我,我才急忙坐车去机场。该事虽小,但该服务员的服务态度及素质太差了。望领导能加强培训,提高服务水平。

酒店位置还可以 但是设施老旧 而且卫生也非常脏 卫生间的浴巾有时也不换 只是重新叠一遍有放回原处
