疫情期间客人少，前台帮我升级到最装修的江景房，是我喜欢的装修风格。新装的房子有气味，建议人住开窗。现在这个季节江景挺漂亮，晚上可以去江边㪚散步，位置不错！不过早餐惨了点，东西少，品质差，东西做的不用心，炒菜青菜都变黑了，肉变得很硬（再加热的味道）包子也是热过几次的感觉.味道不新鲜，说明酒店管理有问题

酒店位置很不错，在松花江边上，雪天的松花江白茫茫一片，很漂亮。江对面就是冰雪大世界。办理入住的姚嘉宁很耐心。

服务根本没有，前台说话时候一副，跟家里有什么事一样的表情，还教我怎么工作，你自己的事你自己不会做吗？这酒店员工门坎还真低啊，是个人就可以啊！希望你们越做越好吧！
