商务出行，还是相信香格里拉酒店一贯的服务品质：1、多次电话咨询房间整理进度，总机张美娟，王宇诺服务态度很好、声音好听，耐心解答并跟进，这里要谢谢二位小美眉，好评??；
2、入住前，前台王顺龙bob详细介绍了酒店江景房的位置并给了入住建议，谢谢；
3、退房时前台许丽Lily Xu操作熟练，并不时安慰稍等，可亲可爱；
