非常好，非常感谢店家贴心服务，游玩十天睡得最好的一家宾馆，尤其大床，褥子，被子，都非常好有机会去哈尔滨还去这家住，同时也会介绍朋友去的，非常遗憾没有照照片！

回哈尔滨探亲的，所以选择离家人近一些的酒店。酒店总体不错，价格也实惠地理位置也还好，就在道里区，打车到中央大街十几元。我们连续住了几天，房间里的设施设备，床上用品都比较新。有几个让我满意的地方，1.枕头有两个，一个软一个硬一些，睡觉时可以根据自己的喜好选择，2.被子是鸭绒被，非常暖和也非常轻.3.酒店的服务人员服务态度好，很热情，房间清扫及时也干净，早餐干净卫生，品质不错。下次去哈尔滨还会选择这家酒店。

This has to be one of my worst experiences at a hotel! I arrived at an empty front desk as the check in clerk was asleep. When she finally awoke in a daze and proceeded to scratch around aimlessly for about twenty minutes I asked her (via Baidu translate) if there was anything that could be done to speed up the check in process. She just stared at me blankly and continued to slam things around on her desk! She then asked for a ￥200 deposit and a copy of my passport and escourted me to my room on the 5th Floor which was located right next to the elevator...convenient?no! noisy?
yes! The room seemed to be modern and comfortable but the bedding was torn, old and foul smelly. The room also reeked of cigarettes. I was not in the mood for any more blank stares from the front desk as I had an early morning tour planned so I tried to rotate the bed covers to find a decent and less smelly spot to survive through the night. These covers were not changed or replaced during my stay! Breakfast the next day was a disaster! Stale bread, old jam, no butter and coffee which took about 30 minutes to make but turned out to be a tasteless mess! The next day the 'do not disturb' Chinese/English sign outisde my locked door meant nothing to the cleaners who just barged in while I was resting. On my last day there was some blocked drain issues and water suddenly started to flood the bathroom. I tried my best to contain the pools of water in the bathroom by using some towels which like the bedding was discoloured and old looking, so as to avoid leakage into the bedroom wooden floors. The security guard thankfully arrived (with my food delivery) just in time to help sort out the mess. He apologised for the issue stating' blocked drains are a China problem.' The Check out process was unfortunately no different. Front desk asleep again! Woke up as miserable and sullen as ever, took my room card and informed me (suddenly she understood the workings of a translation app) that my deposit will not be refunded because of the wet towels from the day before. I suppose she felt it would have been better for me to use my clothes or probably the torn duvet to contain the water in the bathroom to prevent any further damage to the wooden floors? Totally no regard or respect for valued customers! I am very happy for you to keep my deposit if it would help to teach you how to treat valuable customers and provide them with decent clean rooms and linen! Trip.com you should also seriously consider random quality inspections of these establishments you so wonderfully market. It will also be the first and last time I arrange any hotel accommodation through your site or app.

酒店环境，为重很不错，距离哈尔滨繁华的群力新区，爱建都很近，江边，房间干净整洁，房间设施比较全，隔音效果好，洗手间水放开约五秒左右就有热水，床比较舒服。可以参考图片停车还算方便吧
