这次假期我们选择的是江北香格里拉，让我们拥有了很多的惊喜！首先我们是四个大人，一个孩子，两间房子。
前台服务员张欣非常热情的接待了我们。由于孩子离不开老人，我们提议要两间挨着的房间，张欣非常细致周到的帮我们选择了一间中间有可以打通门的套间，我们全家人都非常的开心和满意，在此表示对贵酒店的感谢！
我们拿的东西比较多，高个子的服务生一直帮我们从前台送到房间，没有来得及感谢，但是能让我们感觉到宾至如归，细致入微的超值服务。
下次假期还会再来！！！ 哈尔滨·黑龙江

酒店地理位置得天独厚，隔江相望，江南美景尽收眼底！酒店工作人员服务都非常好，特别要感谢前台服务员曹庆龙先生热情周到细致的服务，在办理入住手续时得知我们是外地游客，第一次到哈尔滨游玩，详细介绍了酒店周边的旅游景点及当地特色美食！酒店的早餐非常丰盛！一次舒心又难忘的旅程！

进来大厅服务人员很热情1，一楼的曲经理也在跟员工一起忙碌着，三楼的健身房环境很好很干净徐经理服务热情，邓主管王主管洗水果拿耳机，器械一客一消毒，泳池很开阔男更服务员也很用心打扫着卫生，整个三楼员工都带着笑容非常温暖

可以看到江景，早餐不错，玉米地瓜小包子，有东北特色。停车场很大，免费，没有汽车电影。服务员比较热情。周边缺少商业，但总体不错。
