江边高层，选好窗向方位，景色非常棒！走进大堂香气怡人。有航空公司的机组人员经常光顾。客房服务很周到，checkin很快，酒水免费，房间里摆放了水果，赞！
夜晚空调有滴水声，三更半夜天花板不时响起“咚——咚——咚”几声，休息不大好。一楼的中餐厅，吃烤鸭时服务员让帮忙写好评，忙一阵儿，烤鸭趁热吃才好吃。（烤鸭味道很好，要趁热吃）。一楼的自助早餐，烤肠的种类似乎摆放的不是很清楚（建议把烤肠烤的火老一点，颜色略深、肠体轻微开花），煎蛋做的好，用餐环境也很好。

酒店在哈尔滨新区，江边，风景很好。我们定的大床房，给我们免费升级了贵宾楼江景房，非常感谢8月22日晚上值班的两位前台，感谢22日晚的值班经理。服务太好了，是我入住五星级酒店最好的一次，工作人员态度太好了、和蔼可亲，一直微笑。酒店设施软件，硬件好的没法说，还有三楼标准的泳池，我女儿说太好了，比我们省的体育馆泳池好上百倍。早餐也好丰盛。在此，很感谢友谊路店的安经理，那边没房间了，是他介绍并帮我们联系了松北店，还帮我们处理了款项问题。很友好，很感谢。这是我最快乐的一次入住，感谢你们！着重再次表扬服务的张文玉，胡雪，顾胜男，她们的服务太好了，对小朋友，老人照顾的非常贴心，周到，任劳任怨，不嫌烦琐，体贴周到。感谢你们，三位美丽的天使

将近凌晨到的酒店但因为身份证遗失许久没有办理上入住，毕竟酒店本着负责的态度和其工作职责可以理解。但吕经理还是帮忙处理了问题并最快程度的办理了入住。为其尽职尽责的工作态度和为客人着想的贴心服务点赞。
