酒店位置很好，中央大街和索菲亚教堂都是步行就到了，酒店前台的服务也很好，就是酒店设施旧些，也还算干净。

酒店的位置还是相当不错的，离中央大街和索菲亚教堂都是可以走路去的，前台的接待员很热情，还有早餐，挺不错的！

整体很好，位置绝佳，左手边中央大街，右手边圣索菲亚教堂，前边松花江，后边火车站。四星的服务，保安大堂和打扫的阿姨全四星。二星的设施，有些老旧，但还br干净。早餐简单可口，最感动的是正月十五吃到了元宵，真温暖。

客服人员态度好，非常热情。酒店热水很好，房间很暖和（1258房）酒店位置不错，离中央大街和索非亚教堂都不远。唯一不方便的就是房间没有wifi
