订的套房，设施陈旧，床头控制按键大部分是坏的。电源插头都没电，手机都不能充电。最后服务员接了个插板来。卧房的电视机还是老式超平的，电视节目一个都收不到。有浴缸，不过看起来不太干净，洗澡不方便。洗手间异味很重。服务很一般，要个wifi密码还要亲自到前台取，不给送。不管从设施到服务都达不到四星标准。

屋子太小了，就是离斯卡拉近，对面就是。不是看斯卡拉，说啥也不住这，早餐没个吃。

地点去景区很房便，前台服务员也很热情，只是确实太陈旧了，洗手间的抽风机形同虚设，水压不给力，马桶的年纪估计和我差不多了，浴缸还漏水...对不起这个门市价啊，该翻新翻新了！

一进屋插卡取电就是坏的，给客服打电话，客服大姐让我自己找电源跳闸复位。。。。屋里灯光昏暗，气味浓郁，洗手间很脏，牙刷套装上面印着别的酒店的名字。没有火柴盒拖鞋，得打电话要。有台电脑，用电视做显示器。网络和有线都是断得，找客服来修。。。。。。。床头柜上就有裸露的小姐电话，晚上还不停的打电话骚扰。原计划是住两天的，第二天早上仓皇逃走。这家给我印象太深刻了，原以为别人的点评有些偏激，住过才知道原来大家已经说的很客气了，呵呵！
