拖着一堆行李走到大门口就有人来帮你提行李，非常方便，酒店挺大，像个城堡，服务很人性化，离冰雪大世界很近，走路1.1km，就是早餐时间只到9:00，来不及起床啊....去极地馆要打车，门口就有taxi候着，很方便！赞！

地点有点偏，适合自驾，走到冰雪大世界大约20分钟，酒店只有晚上有几趟车往返冰雪大世界，白天就得自己花钱叫车去，前台员工服务态度不错，酒店规模也还可以，房间备品缺少剃须刀，床单很干净。如果专门来冰雪大世界玩的，还是值得推荐入住的。

酒店离冰雪大世界很近，步行没多远。酒店条件很舒适，就是离市区远，打车不方便。大堂服务员承诺说门口七点以后随时有的车，实际上不能保证。我们让酒店帮助联系的车也没有。幸亏有好心人送我们，否则就赶不上火车了。

酒店位置比较偏，但是酒店的叫车服务还是不错，基本出行都能满足，而且去冰雪大世界还能专车接送，服务不错！ 可能因为旅游旺季入住，晚餐只有馄饨、饺子和清汤面，因为酒店的地理位置，边上也没有什么吃的，就搞得我们的晚餐很成问题，希望能留一位厨师以方便占餐。 整个环境不错，高大上啊，休闲还是不错的~~
