是真的挺失望的 话说这么大的酒店有问题应该能得到合理的解决 这房间是给我哥定的 本来就是奔着环境好 设施好去的 结果 房间热的要死 空调只给热风 那开窗吧 开不开 找客房部 也开不开 窗户死的 那换房间吧 没有 房还不给退 你说这哈尔滨现在多冷啊 结果住一晚上 没冻着 快热死 闷死 这上哪说理去 酒店能给的就是 对不起 不好意思 真是 乘兴而来 败兴而归
