酒店很好，万达酒店群，万达文化、万达嘉华、万达皇冠假日，酒店定位和价格逐渐降低，妥妥的垄断啊！我们住在嘉华酒店，服务很贴心，工作人员打扫房间的时候可能看见房间里有奶瓶，知道有小朋友，所以给留了六瓶矿泉水，服务细致入微啊！很暖心。。。硬件设施也很不错，下次去哈尔滨的首选。。。

非常好的一次入住体验，酒店位置很好找，停车场车位充足，酒店设施也很棒。特别感谢酒店的张龙明张经理，因为在退房后出现了一些小问题，张经理非常热情的接待，从宾客的角度出发很好的解决了问题，没有发生任何的不愉快，给张龙明经理点赞！
