酒店大堂绝对的高大上，美轮美奂的欧式教堂灯饰背景墙，极有哈尔滨特色！棚顶的超大水晶灯，璀璨夺目。前台很多工作人员在岗，所以check in速度很快，不用排队。美女说哈尔滨的天气干燥，还送了欧舒丹的身体乳。酒店和2018俄罗斯世界杯官方有合作，所以有价格优惠的周边商品售卖，购买了钥匙链和吉祥物玩偶，比某宝便宜好多。
【行政豪华房】行政房都是中高楼层，视野更为广阔。房间装饰多用花纹元素，主色调深棕搭配金色，高档又别有韵味。
洗护用品着重的说一下，行政是小众的cochine。这是一个灵感源自东南亚风情的英国奢华芳香品牌，在万达文华的高级套房和越南暹粒柏悦均有出没。凤眼兰&青柠花香型，很特别，清新的高级香。
【行政酒廊】位于17层，不算大，装修依旧豪华，喜欢靠窗的位置，美景尽收眼底。服务简直不要太好，客人少，所以被照顾的更面面俱到，真是把顾客当上帝了，弄得我都不好意思了哈哈。happy hour虽说种类没那么齐全，但是食量小的绝对可以在这里吃饱，餐食精致卫生，水煮虾，比萨，烤鸡，春卷都很好吃，甜品最爱核桃塔，超多核桃仁，甜度适中，每一口都是满满的酥脆甜蜜，回味无穷。

服务差极了，只有一个接待人员，还不停的接电话，根本没有服务，这是万达在哈尔滨的缘故吗？到了东北服务就不需要了！泳池就这个大，两条泳道，勉强五星酒店！
