酒店非常漂亮，进入大堂非常震撼 位置距离万达茂及乐园非常近，酒店服务非常热情 尤其前台Allen Bella服务很高 给房间做了升级 还会再来 很棒

我在携程上预订的是豪华行政套房，结果给我开的房间无论是房间面积还是窗户都与我订的不符合，我就不跟他们计较了，关键是这是万达旗下五星级酒店，入住大堂没有门童，更没人给你开车门了。最让人不能理解的是本地人开的普通房间被升级成套房？这是为什么？在哈尔滨这个季节的入住率这么低的情况下，有人怎么就被升级了？还是有后门的原因？难道我预订的豪华行政套房也不应该升级么？晚上准备睡觉，房间里热的要死，空调根本没冷风。叫了他们过来修空调都已经一点了，前台说什么15楼以上都这样。真是无语了，这是什么态度？这是和谁说话的语气？后来换了一间房间。换的房间无论是面积还是卫生间都很大。下次应该不会来这家酒店，餐厅也很烂。行政酒廊基本没人。
