  本来是定的雪友天下，新姐帮忙升级到A楼，真的是喜从天降，另外还有帮我们定滑雪场的门票，万分感谢。早餐真的非常不错，酒店也有自带的滑雪场和洗浴中心，接待中心陈文杰大哥也聊的挺开，认真负责，提供了非常优质的服务，手动点赞??。

  硬件打五分：酒店环境好，有自己的滑雪场，儿童游玩活动也很棒！软服务超五星，非常棒！刘经理有担当，全体员工主动服务意识超强！亚布力西站接送，省得我们操心！特地为我们9个人加放一场电影，非常感谢！

  如果去亚布力推荐这家酒店，首先不会欺客，服务人员态度很好，有什么问题都能给予很好的解决。出门有车接送。订的雪友天下，免费升级到主楼。本来想补差价换成带滑雪和温泉的套餐，结果经理再次给予了免费升级的优惠。 赠送的温泉虽然不大，环境还挺幽静的 酒店自带滑雪场，只接待住客和团队，不接散客，不会象其他滑雪场人那么多。里面的教练也给够时间，没遇上收小费的。 但是这次压雪机没在，好多天不压雪道，雪道上都是冰，没教练带没法滑。最后一天把滑雪票给退了
