他这的特价房真的特别，在负一楼，电视在天花板上而且没用。浴室只有淋浴头没有马桶也没有洗漱池，厕所跟洗漱池是公共的。地面卫生不好，房间超小，隔音不好，不过有免费的早餐，前台服务很好。本来拍了照片但是上传不了

买的时候是优惠 很便宜。但是便宜没好货 真得不咋好。是地下室。一进酒店就有澡堂还是什么的味道。房间也不好。味道很大。感觉像是ktv改的。非常不隔音。隔壁半夜洗澡。这边就好大的水声。根本睡不着。房间没有厕所。有洗澡的地方。外边有公共厕所。房间门是玻璃。晚上灯直接透过来。住的一宿非常不愉快。外边牌子是挺大。不能因为便宜就这么不好呀。

除了房间大点外,其它都不行,就只值100元房费,居然要300多,还要预付费,性价比奇低,推荐住隔壁的南苑e家。

酒店除了房间面积比较大有点优势外,其它毛病一大堆。温馨房没窗可以理解,但通风没做好就不像酒店了。卫生间湿滑无比,却没有防滑垫。洗脸池和马桶的下水都很慢,房间暖气也严重不足,电视还是传统有线系统,接收效果奇差。就那效果真不知道哪里可以撑得起300多的房价？总的来说,有点像官店,比起隔壁的南苑e家差远了,居然还有脸面要两三百多的房价……严重不值

前台男服务员就和**是的，早晨10点多就打电话问续住吗？设备设施陈旧，图片和实物相差很大，洗手间马桶还有质子，卧室电视机还不出图像，下次不会在住他家酒店里了，
