首先说位置吧，门口是果戈里大街，在市内还算方便。其他的都要吐槽，首先房间卫生不干净，很多灰尘，被子和床单还都是上一个房客睡过的，折折皱皱的，大家常出差这一点真的很好发现；其次房间空调和电视都是坏的，而空调所谓的坏只是宾馆工作人员自己陈述的，实际上遥控器被他们藏起来了，害怕客人使用（这一点是向一个客房服务员求证得来的）；第三，房间窗户关不严实，呼呼往里透风，只能多要一床被子御寒，哈尔滨的深秋真的很冷啊；第四，真的特别破，不管是大堂还是房间，怎一个破字了得，又破又脏，过分了啊！第五，国庆期间房价一点也不便宜，但是整体这么差，郁闷死了！还要说一点，所有艺龙啊，携程啊，这些网站上的评价都是房客在宾馆的诱惑之下填写的，因为只要给好评，宾馆就送你一瓶水，很多人冲这个都给了好评。第一次写这么多给大家做参考，能不住就不住吧！
