酒店与居民区，哈工大二学区比邻，6层以下是招办办公地点，7层以上酒店。房间较敞亮，设施比较陈旧，好在洗手间宽敞，水压充足。周边方圆200米美食多多。嵩山路上东东包子私房菜真心不错，菜量不似一般东北菜那么吓人，性价比较高。黄河路上江鱼馆78元套锅惊煞人，三种鱼合计得小4斤，加上土豆白菜茄子铁锅快炖，3个人足以。

好评，因为在附近办事，所以住在这里。酒店设施还可以，标间不是太大，大厅比较宽敞，服务一般。

这次入住的是标准间：房间不太大，该有的设施齐全。卫生间有浴盆和淋浴，不过喷头是固定的。热水很足，浴巾也很干净。也许主要针对本系统提供住宿吧，感觉不太重视外来客人。楼层大姐及前台小妹挺热情，不过早餐就有点太单调：两种粥，几样小菜，主食两三样，还要39。你可挂的是四星啊。。。。。。周边交通便利，工大二校区最近，离红博广场家乐福500米左右吧。

在附近办事就近选择了此酒店，一开始在网上看到评价还在犹豫要不要换酒店，到了前台报了姓名，很快就办理了入住，服务卫生都不错，还是自己住才知道，不错的酒店。
