这家酒店服务态度极差，像政府招待所，服务员盛气凌人。结账时说原本黑忽忽的白毛巾被污染需赔20元，账单上发现莫名其妙的挂账。虽经据理力争免于经济损失，但感觉就像误进了黑店。
建议能不住就别住，住了一定仔细查看账单！

设备陈旧，柜子门坏了，浴巾破烂，卫生间很烂，手纸还好，洗漱用品极差。管理落后，态度很差，明明是有免费早餐，还说按规定没有，但可以给，想让我们在心里感谢，哈，搞笑。优点是住客少，和艺龙公布的星级不一样

很久没有到哈尔滨了，感到与其它城市的同档次酒店相比，性价不是很高。为了到哈工大二校区方便，才选了这个酒店。提供的被子太厚，不盖又冷。晚上房内有蚊子，但没有蚊香。早餐比较单调。
