最糟糕的一次住宿！！从前台开始，服务态度特别差，不搭理人，告诉在艺龙的订单，查了五分钟查不到，最后查到了还不承认是自己的原因！推卸责任给顾客！先是给安排了一楼的房间，我说不想要一楼的房间又说别的房间太小，在我再三坚持下最后让我去四楼看了看，房间根本不小！入住后发现房间隔音效果特别差！由于是跨年，别的房间的声音吵得根本睡不着觉！后半夜开始听到滴答滴答的声音，顶棚开始往下漏水！把我的衣服都漏湿了！！很晚外面还有施工，机器工作的声音也特别吵！一宿根本就没睡着，一大早赶紧收拾离开了！！希望这样的酒店艺龙不要再推荐给其他顾客了！！

还不错，早餐种类挺丰富的！！离哈尔滨金融学院不远，来这考试挺方便的！！重点是暖气也太给力了吧。。。晚上需要裸睡，真的太热太热了😭😭😭😭
