住过服务最差的酒店，因为赶时间，提前一天告知第二天早上八点开好水单发票，第二天早上十点还没开好，告诉他们接我的车已经在外面等了，前台三十个人，包括大堂副理，还推三阻四，跟客人吵架，根本没有体谅客人，态度极差
