第一次住酒店公寓，居家的感觉，非常好。这个酒店位于观澜湖居住区内，因为是远离市区的位置，交通、餐饮有点儿不太方便，但是有免费穿梭巴士到市区，一个小时一班，也是挺好的，小区内有个便利店，简单的吃食也能解决。居住环境非常好，是非常高档的居住小区，也算是体验一下土豪生活环境。br以后出游有可能优先选择这样的落脚点，下次到海口海选择这里。

没有合适的吃饭的地方，会所吃饭超宰人，大堂经理态度很糟糕。人气差，很不方便。但房间还不错，客房服务也很便捷，只是会所质量很差！！

非常不好的一次预定，站门口40多分了还不知道服务生在哪里，直接退掉了，什么都没有，建议没车的不要住

家庭公寓，没有前台，找到地方要打电话有人下楼接。上楼后没有钥匙开门，等了十几分钟经理过来才打开房间。房间还算ok，但是400多块一晚还无早餐，真是不便宜的！我是在e龙订了冯小刚电影公社的房间因为e龙已经确认后又电话我说满房之后跟我协商调整改成了这里的。在观澜湖内自驾还好，不然园区太大配套设施并不是很完善真是太不方便。

风景如画，玩的地方很多，有高球，温泉，房间很大，可做饭，洗衣，适合待上一周！

租了车感觉房间很干净，很好，就是说的两点入住让我们等到快五点才收拾好，把我都冻感冒了
