离观澜湖酒店很近，环境无与伦比，配了洗衣机和冰箱，价格与酒店比也有优势。但与整个观澜湖小区的问题相同，就是交通、餐饮不便。由于刚装修，室内化学试剂味道很浓。服务人员很少，住两天除开房时清扫外，没有人再来清理。
