极差的入住体验，除房间比较舒适干净安静外，前台和餐厅服务差到没有底线:
1.八人入住，前台面部没有任何笑脸，不问谁和谁一间房就开始拍照，按照自己拿着的身份证顺序叫名字拍照，不是一家人的拍照在一起后，客人说我俩不是一家的，提出先给站在前台的几位女士照相，再给休息区等候的几位男士照相，前台面显不悦，反问客人“我又不知道你们谁和谁是一间房”，客人说“不知道那你可以问啊”，前台把所有身份证房卡放在台上，说“那你分一下”，服务极差。
2.预定的五间房均含早，结果第二天用早的时候说不含，又让客人买单交钱，客人不知情便交了八人的费用，预订人知晓后又在前台询问核实，才给退，一句道歉都没有。餐厅服务人员已经收了八人的早餐，同行的客人到餐厅后还要早餐票，记性太差。
3.送洗备品服务人员跟客人抢电梯。
4.前台结账时，在前台旁的花台上放了一下包等待退房，服务人员就过来浇花，喷水壶一直在喷水，无奈只好给服务人员让位。
从没有过的入住体验，差到至极。
