朋友来玩帮朋友定的 距离海口东站很近 但是不靠近广场 所以很安静 大堂装修很豪华 朋友来看了也有面子 跑了附近好多家酒店 装修都很差劲 这家装修档次明显不一样了 在同类价格里算最好的 服务也很好 以后有朋友过来玩还会选择这家酒店

10月6日晚上入住，晚上叫前台帮忙拿外卖上来911房，服务态度差、蛮横尤其是前台，116号前台服务员态度差，问其姓名不理会，态度差、不理会、希望对此批评，说让经理过来处理，态度极差，希望给个说法，想住该店的旅客，自己考虑考虑！
