  旅途疲惫被这家酒店的服务瞬间治癒～ 酒店工作人员全程笑脸相迎，主动帮忙提行李，还贴心准备了热饮，得知带家庭出行特意安排了同楼层。房间乾净整洁，浪凡洗护用品是意外之喜，香味清新不刺鼻，连润肤露都滋润好用。早餐的中西式菜品丰富，本地特色小吃和现磨咖啡都很赞，服务好，餐厅环境雅致，靠窗座位还能欣赏风景，绝对值得推荐！

  海口索菲特酒店真的挺不错的，住得很舒服。房间乾净整洁，前台美女服务也很贴心，有什么需求都能很快帮忙解决。早餐种类多、味道也好，整体体验很满意，下次还会再来。

  这次安排家人入住这里，酒廊小姑娘提前联系。提前安排好了高楼层宽敞的房间，家人反馈房间景观很好，床垫舒服，睡得很好。谢谢酒廊小姑娘的安排，过几天回海口还选择回来入住。家人住的很满意。

  客房服务响应挺快，电话要了服务，几分钟就送到。衞浴用的德宝的，酒店位置非常方便，周边办事或吃饭都方便，前台小哥哥小姐姐服务也很好. 整体体验不错.

  很不错的入住体验，期间Wi-Fi不稳定，酒店IT经理很及时的帮忙解决处理了，态度很棒. 前台眼镜小哥也很不错，入住时候介绍很详细很热情. 知道喜欢喝茶，还安排了茶具.??
