  忙过了春节 终于带着孩子出来了 没想到在三亚赶上了疫情 为了回京我们一家来到了海口 却因为北京健康宝问题留在海口回不去了 在这里搜到了观澜湖酒店 本来就想住两天 结果一下子就爱上了 这里每个工作人员都很亲切 没有过分的热情 却让人感到很温暖 管家小妹妹Lilian很贴心 我反馈的一些问题都得到了及时的解决 并且还提醒我们我们的订单里还有什么服务 房间很干净 属于那种中式优雅型的 别墅的温泉泡池也很大 每天回来泡一泡已经成为爷俩的必做项目了 今天晚上全家人商量后决定继续住在这里 因为不光孩子不想走 我们也是没住够 希望酒店能保持下去 保持住现在的一切 加油哦
