房間整潔，電視屏幕大，性價比高，美中不足衛生間設施稍顯老舊。距離西海岸較近，步行至雙擁路口（公交站）可趁40路直達假日海灘（內有假日溫泉）。與秀英港相隔僅一個街區，有橫渡瓊海需求的，可至碼頭搭趁「秀英港—海安港（徐聞）」的渡輪，亦可選擇「夜遊海口港」遊船（節假日發售，攜程可購買，須提前關注，否則容易售罄）。
