前台两个老的接待态度不是很好，入住过三次，昨天一次12楼搞装修从8:20到9点打电话投诉还不听，装修那人越大声音，搞得我休息不好，今天特别是今天早上8点客房服务员来敲门说叫我退门，我就想不通了，晚上才入住的，今天一大早叫我退房还有自己亲自拿房卡开门，两次不满意，特别不满意
