不满意，特别是服务方面，提前两天网上订好票付了款就应该给客人入住，但是该酒店管理人员为了接旅游团而占满房间，简直是让旅游团后来居上，大客户为主，跟我说没房间了，当误了些时间后，后来还是让我顺利入住，以前没有碰到过这情况过，希望该酒店反思反思，万一碰到个无理取闹的人呢，跟你们大吵大闹，把事情放大，前台工作人员我能理解她们没有办法，但是管理者必须得反思反思，这是信誉的问题了，不仅关系到酒店还关系管理人员的前途了。
