在艺龙订了多年的酒店，无论服务还是环境，还是性价比，最差就是这间了。酒店位置偏僻，由于带两个小孩出游，订了个豪华家庭房，傍晚六点到酒店后，没做任何说明，指示我到酒店旁边另一栋楼入住，带着大量行李和小孩，上去一看，是一房一厅的公寓楼，提出异议后，又安排我一个两房一厅的公寓房，公寓房环境差，一股霉味，再次提出异议，才告知定的家庭房没房了，这时带着小孩和行李跑去跑去，已经将近8点。强烈抗议后，才协调了一个酒店的标间，加了一张折叠床，条件比公寓稍好，另外，订房附带礼包也没有送，到前台询问，才送了部分东西，过程中还叫我取消在艺龙原来的房，重新订，结果在艺龙也没法投诉了。整个过程感觉就是欺骗，如果不是带着小孩，早就换酒店了。另外，酒店老旧，房间重新装修，感觉跟城市便捷酒店之类的快捷酒店差不多，跟以前住过戴斯品牌酒店也完全不在一个档次。总之就是失望，不推荐！

酒店前台服务很差，预订时含早餐，早上起来吃早餐时告知网上预订的不含。七点开始，我预订了七点二十的滴滴，投诉给艺龙，当我坐在出租车上时艺龙告诉我可以过去吃早餐了。春节期间遇到这种局面也只有无奈了！第一次碰到吃早餐要给艺龙打电话这样匪夷所思的事！
