前台人员不足，入住等待半个小时才办理手续。
房间大，但是开门扑鼻而来的发霉味道。房间内没有烧水壶，没有洗漱用品，我们家庭套房，只有一双拖鞋？房间内没有WiFi，电视看不了，热水时有时无。
早餐服务人员严重不足，食物不足没有人员补充，吃完的餐具无人收拾。
酒店比较偏僻，周边设施配套不足。如果自驾游还可以。

海口老城区了，附近没有吃的，有一家酒店的自己的吃饭的烧烤，九点过就关门了，味道一般，前台服务也是醉了，刷卡错了几次，金额都可以给我们输错，房间也安排错了，电梯那个风铃大半夜的也是挺吓人，不知道设计怎么想的，附近很冷清，有一个自营的小商店还不错，客房卫生间漏水。体验感一般。

设施和服务极差，一波一波的旅行团拉人来。房间除了房间大点完全不值300多的价格，卫生间花洒把水洒得到处都是，流到房间里面。前台还给开错了房间，一开门发现房间有人在上卫生间，太尴尬了！一起去找前台，前台说不好意思开错了！简直无法容忍这样的错误！酒店还给立了块牌子，当场给好评送礼品，我才不稀罕这点儿礼品，以此误导别的客人！
