酒店前台服务太差，前台干瘦干瘦的小个女人别提态度极度没教养了，基本的酒店前台服务素质都没有。入住客人有早餐代金券一项竟然不告知、不发放，餐厅明知是酒店客户却撒谎说是35元一位，亏得看过评论是20一位，质疑时毫无惭愧的补了代金券。
一个企业的衰败，往往坏在这样不合格的员工身上！她们是千里之堤的蚁穴。酒店旧没关系，服务让人舒适是最大的吸引力。楼层保洁人员很好，有礼貌、周到。
餐厅没能力，7:30开餐，8:10去除了咸菜什么都没了。20分钟才上来一个素菜，粥、主食一直没有。员工都像是被欠了三年薪水，苦着脸，半天不回应。
