位置不错，208元的大床房偏高一点，床偏硬点，洗澡巾太旧，镜子对床反光不好，马桶的水要一直按着才能冲完水，吊顶上晚上有老鼠，安静还可以，空调只能制冷没有制热。

不是第一次住这里，但是第一次遇到这种前台，我提前两天预订了酒店，商务大床房，接了我的订单，我朋友去住的时候前台告知没有这房型，说给换成豪华大床房，语气态度特别差，我提前两天预订接了单，到时间说没有，给我免费升级我就低人一等了？我朋友开好了房间给我打电话，我后才致电前台说我不要升级的，降一级普通大床房也可以。前台那姑娘的语气就更差了。艺龙平台说给我换成套房，前台的姑娘跟房间打电话说不能动房间的任何东西，我朋友上了个洗手间说要收30块卫生费，钱给的起，态度没法接受，在此给艺龙平台的服务态度点个赞，但是这酒店的某位前台，请尊重自己的工作，出门在外住酒店不是为了享受多高级的服务，作为一个顾客，不管花多少钱，都不是为了买气受的。
